Welcome New Board Members!

ILCM is excited to announce two new board members – Gaurav Gaur and Sarah Moraa Prochaska!
Gaurav Gaur is the CTO and co-founder of ProcessBolt. He has an extensive background in cybersecurity, vendor management and software engineering. Before starting ProcessBolt, Gaurav was the VP of Software Development at NetSPI Inc., a cybersecurity-focused software and consulting firm, and he was responsible for the overall software development strategy and product roadmap of enterprise-grade cyber vulnerability management systems.
Gaurav holds an MBA from Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota and a BE in Computer Science from ITM University, India.
Sarah Moraa Prochaska is a Senior HR Strategic Business Partner with Essentia Health. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin, Stout. She immigrated to the United States back in 2007 and has worked as a HR Professional with various organizations including Hennepin County, the State of Minnesota, City of Minneapolis and Fairview Health Services.
