General Intake Hours:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday: 12 pm – 1:30 pm
Thursday: 6 pm – 7:30 pm

Clients in Detention:
ILCM operates a detainee assistance phone line on Tuesday and Thursday from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm. Individuals being detained by Immigration and Customs Enforcement, as well as their families, can call 651-641-1011 within those hours to obtain general information about court proceedings, the Minnesota Detention Project, and the services the project provides at a first court hearing. Volunteers operating the phone line are not attorneys, and will not be able to provide any legal advice.
For priority cases, intake hours are:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday: 9-11 am and 2-4 pm
Thursday: 1-4 p.m.
The following case types are eligible for priority assistance:
- U Visa/VAWA/Removal of Conditions based on abuse
- U Visa adjustments
- Special Immigrant Juvenile Status
- Temporary Protected Status
- Refugee adjustments
