Legal Services
ILCM provides brief legal advice and full legal representation to eligible immigrants and refugees. ILCM only works on immigration cases; if you are an immigrant seeking legal help in another area of law (family, housing, employment, etc.) we can provide referrals to other offices that can assist you. ILCM does not provide assistance with nonimmigrant visas such as tourist and business visas.

Education
ILCM believes a key part to providing effective legal service is education, and is one of the primary providers of immigration-related legal education services in Minnesota. ILCM's staff conducts low-cost educational and training sessions, including CLEs, on a variety of subjects regarding immigration-related matters. Presentations are tailored to meet the needs of each individual group and provide accurate and up-to-date written materials where appropriate.
